Hi! I'm Dani,Â
A registered nurse, mom of 2, and a proud wife of a surgeon. I received a nursing degree from New York University and a Master’s of Public Health from the University of Miami. I am very passionate about what I do and firmly believe that research is the foundation of true innovation and knowledge.Â
My research at UM focused on childhood development, including culturally-significant nutrition habits, feeding practices, and the promotion of positive parenting. Additionally, I was fortunate enough to work at the Texas Children’s Hospital alongside the best neonatal nutrition specialist and neonatologists, helping premature and term babies grow using breast milk and breast milk fortifiers.
My Master’s prepared me extensively for writing manuscripts on certain subjects, which is reflected in every one of our manuals. I truly believe my educational and professional experience let me bridge the gap between the medical community and my life as a typical mom.Â
While I am the most analytical of the two of us, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, reading, working out, and eating chocolate. Todspot is the place where I share my passion and use it to help others.

Hola! I’m Ari,
Hey everyone, I’m Ari. I was born in Panama and am a mother to two wonderful sons. I currently live in Miami with my Swiss husband, whom I met while studying at Babson College. As you can imagine, I am no stranger to adapting to new places and situations. Although I always craved to learn and was normally very confident, I felt totally clueless when I had my first baby.Â
This moment was an awakening, where a new chapter of my life began. I directed all my curiosity towards a single topic: the raising of thriving, happy babies and toddlers. After hundreds of hours of coursework, volunteer work, and independent study through books, articles, and podcasts, I obtained my Pediatric Sleep Consultant certification. There was a profound sense of fulfillment when I realized my efforts had positively impacted others. This assured me that I was on the right path.Â
I have a go-with-the-flow personality and I believe education, routine, and consistency are essential for a thriving family. When I’m not learning more about parenting, you can find me making home-cooked meals, traveling, and exploring.Â
